• Maintain and improve long-term financial model
• Lead annual operating plan (AOP) process
• Partner with FP&A teams, Accounting, and business leaders on monthly forecasting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses
• Support Board of Directors, investor, and executive leadership materials
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve business performance visibility
