Executive Expense Governance Analyst

HP is seeking an Executive Expense Governance Analyst to manage the EEG schedule, agenda, and documentation. This role involves acting as a focal point for audits, ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with HR and Payroll to meet SEC and IRS requirements. The analyst will also lead cross-team efforts for accounting and reporting, support policy improvements, and identify solutions to complex business issues.

• Drives Executive Expense Governance (EEG) schedule and sessions
• Manages EEG meeting agenda, documentation, and action items
• Serves as focal point for EEG audits
• Ensures compliance with SEC and IRS requirements
• Collaborates with HR and Payroll
• Supports policy and process improvement
