Finance Business Excellence Supervisor

Abbott is seeking a Finance Business Excellence Supervisor in Lake Forest, IL to optimize US Commercial Finance operations. This role will drive improvements in reporting, process optimization, data accessibility, analytics, and technology adoption. You will partner with Finance, Commercial, Shared Services, and IT teams to lead initiatives in financial planning, reporting, analytics, and business processes.

• Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of financial reporting
• Redesign and simplify management reporting packages
• Develop self-service dashboards and reporting tools
• Identify and implement automation opportunities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Commercial, IT, and Shared Services
