Structure and execute renewable energy project financing transactions
Develop expertise in solar, wind, battery, and data center technologies
Source, review, and execute finance opportunities in the energy transition
Build relationships with leading developers, manufacturers, and investors
Evaluate financial models and assess financing risks
Draft internal transaction documents and credit memos
