- Analyze P&L results and identify drivers of growth, expense, and profitability
- Develop financial models and forecasts, and drive process improvements
- Lead special projects and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Partner with Underwriting and Actuarial departments
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
