Financial Analyst

Advocate Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare and analyze financial statements, develop forecasting models, and conduct variance reporting. This remote, full-time role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and statistical data
• Develop and maintain cash forecasting, capital planning, and treasury models
• Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting
• Support budgeting, cost accounting, and productivity standards
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and apply government reimbursement rules
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
