Financial Planning Analyst

Dollartree is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to connect merchandising financial plans with the company budget and P&L process. This role provides planning and budgeting support for merchandising teams, evaluates financial results, and analyzes complex business processes to drive actionable insights that improve profit and ROI. You will serve as a liaison between merchandising, marketing, finance, accounting, and supply chain to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.

• Support annual budgeting process for Merchandise Planning leadership
• Provide focused reporting and analysis against critical business KPIs
• Translate Merchandise Financial Plans to the Retail Stock Ledger, Budget and P&L process
• Act as a liaison to downstream internal partners (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Review business forecasts, outline risks/opportunities, and make recommendations
• Build and maintain financial reporting and models for Merchandising and Planning Teams
