Sr. Financial Analyst

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will support manufacturing finance by managing financial forecasting, inventory accounting, and reconciliations. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and inventory management, while also identifying process improvements and mentoring junior analysts.

• Lead forecasting and analysis of material variances
• Own monthly book-to-perpetual reconciliations for WIP inventory
• Manage Excess and Obsolete (E&O) reserve reconciliations
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and reconcile variances
• Prepare month-end inventory journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Identify and implement process improvements in inventory accounting
