Real Estate Strategy Analyst

Join Circle K's Enterprise Real Estate Strategy & Reporting team as a Real Estate Strategy Analyst. You will support real estate leadership by providing advanced analytics, automating workflows, and creating dynamic dashboards to drive investment decisions and cross-functional alignment. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to answer complex business questions using large datasets.

• Drive visibility and actionable insights into store and market performance
• Support current and new Real Estate strategies using data and analytics
• Develop and run automated workflows in Alteryx
• Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards
• Analyze real estate portfolio and support development strategies
• Conduct fact-based analysis of store network and competitors
