Senior Analyst, Asset Management

• Perform complex financial analyses including Argus valuation models and Excel underwriting
• Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and forecast cash flows
• Review and analyze potential leases and their financial impact
• Assist with annual operating budgets and quarterly reforecasts
• Provide analytical support for fund operations and asset management
• Gather and evaluate economic and market data
