Analyze business performance against budget, flash, forecast, and prior periods
Lead monthly forecasting, flash processes, and executive presentations
Develop monthly management reporting packs and KPI dashboards
Support month-end close activities and ensure IFRS compliance
Perform balance sheet analysis, including inventory and working capital
Lead annual planning and budgeting processes
