Financial Analyst - Operations FP&A

Abbott is seeking a Financial Analyst for its Operations FP&A team in Lake Forest, Illinois. This role partners with operational leaders to provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to drive informed decision-making and improve operational performance. You will analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support resource allocation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Serve as a finance business partner to Workplace Services laboratory and operations teams
• Contribute to annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and capital budgets
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
• Conduct financial and operational analyses related to labor productivity and operational efficiency
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for cost optimization and enhanced operational performance
• Prepare monthly business review materials and management reporting packages
