Strategy Consultant

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join their Retail Merchandising and Planning practice. This role involves helping leading retailers modernize their operations through strategy, process design, and AI-enabled decision-making. You will execute and contribute to client transformation engagements, focusing on areas like demand forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management.

• Execute and contribute to workstreams within client transformation engagements
• Synthesize data into insights and client-ready deliverables
• Support assessments of current-state merchandising and planning capabilities
• Contribute to future-state operating model design
• Apply knowledge of AI, analytics, and emerging planning technologies
• Develop client-facing summaries and analyses
