Analyst, Finance & Capital Markets

Invenergy is seeking a Finance & Capital Markets Analyst to support project finance transactions for renewable energy and battery storage projects. This role involves creating financial models, managing due diligence, coordinating with financing parties, and ensuring compliance with finance documents. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders at our Chicago headquarters.

• Support project finance transactions and due diligence
• Develop and manage complex financial models in Excel
• Interpret commercial contracts and agreements
• Collaborate with tax, accounting, and treasury teams
• Assist with project and portfolio-level financings
• Support corporate finance activities
