You will own the end-to-end financial consolidation process for over 100 labs, ensuring data integrity and delivering critical reporting to management and the Board. This role offers direct collaboration with senior leadership and the opportunity to build and refine financial processes.
What we are looking for 6
- Own monthly consolidated financial reporting from data pull to Board-ready materials
- Reconcile financial data to the general ledger and build automated checks
- Prepare variance commentary separating price, volume, and mix
- Consolidate and report on capital expenditures across the network
- Partner with finance directors and senior leaders to understand financial drivers
- Develop and document repeatable financial processes and reporting calendars
