As a Manager on our Strategy team, you will lead large-scale digital transformation programs for global organizations, driving innovation in the AI era. You will collaborate across Strategy, Design, and Technology teams to solve complex business problems and shape human-centered digital experiences. Acting as a trusted client partner, you will manage expectations and ensure seamless delivery of AI-enabled products and strategies.

- Manage cross-functional teams and advise executive clients on AI and emerging tech opportunities
- Serve as primary client contact, building relationships and resolving project issues
- Identify business development opportunities and grow client engagements
- Direct the creation of AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models
- Mentor junior team members and act as a thought leader in AI and digital innovation
