Senior Consultant, Mergers & Acquisitions (Merger & Carve-out Services)

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant for their Merger & Carve-out Services team to assist private equity and corporate clients with complex transactions. You will guide clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from diligence to post-close execution, focusing on reducing risk and maximizing value. This role involves analyzing technology, operations, and financial aspects to provide data-driven recommendations and contribute to practice growth.

• Support M&A, integration, and carve-out engagements for PE and corporate clients
• Develop financial models, cost analyses, and synergy assessments
• Analyze technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data operating models
• Manage technology workstreams in post-close M&A programs
• Facilitate client workshops and present recommendations to executives
• Mentor consultants and analysts
