Lead enterprise-wide process optimization and integration initiatives within U.S. Bank's Risk Management Chief Administrative Office. Drive simplification, reduce redundancy, and streamline governance across risk and business lines to meet increasing regulatory and business expectations.

• Identify opportunities to simplify administrative and governance activities
• Assess processes and controls to support streamlining
• Clarify roles and responsibilities across the three lines of defense
• Assess functional overlaps and duplicative activities
• Support simplification of non-financial risk programs
• Improve cross-functional interfaces with lines of business, finance, and other partners
