Strategy Manager (all genders) – M&A & Private Equity

Join Accenture's Transaction Advisory team as a Strategy Manager, advising top clients on strategic transformations and M&A deals. You will guide corporate and private equity clients through the entire lifecycle of company acquisitions and divestitures, from pre-deal analysis to post-deal transformation projects.

• Advise clients on strategic transformations and M&A deals
• Support corporate and private equity clients in acquisitions and divestitures
• Conduct pre-deal analysis, due diligence, and post-deal transformation projects
• Evaluate potential acquisitions and support mergers and spin-offs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at the C-level
