Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

As a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial outcomes by collecting and analyzing operational data. You will be responsible for financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, contributing to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the company. • Conduct financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Perform variance analysis and reconcile transactions
• Design and implement financial analysis tools and processes
• Assess materiality and volatility of financial statements
• Utilize financial ratios to determine company financial health
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
