Planning & Expense Management Consultant I- (HYBRID in CHICAGO)

Allstate is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support expense planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for their Marketing organization. This hybrid role, based in the Chicago area, involves preparing expense models, analyzing financial data, partnering with stakeholders, and leveraging technology and AI to improve processes and drive efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain expense models for budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze monthly expense results against plan and prior-year performance
• Create and distribute monthly expense reports with insights
• Partner with business stakeholders on financial performance
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools for efficiency
• Support vendor billing reconciliation with media and production partners
