Program Financial Analyst, Civil Systems Group

The Aerospace Corporation seeks a Program Financial Analyst to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for the Civil Systems Group. This role involves partnering with leadership to achieve organizational goals and supporting business operations. The analyst will track budgets, generate financial reports, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

• Manage cost and schedule baselines and forecasts integrated with contractual SOW
• Track indirect and direct budget allocations for expenditures and labor charges
• Generate financial analysis, year-end reporting, and ad-hoc reports
• Inform leadership on financial trends and recommend corrective actions
• Analyze financial results against plans and forecasts to identify trends
• Support employees in multiple divisions across CSG
