About this role
SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with their eCommerce teams in China. This role involves full P&L management, driving profit improvement through various analyses, and owning financial planning for trade spending and new product launches.
What we are looking for

- Lead financial analysis and P&L improvement initiatives
- Own financial planning for trade spending and new product launches
- Monthly P&L commentary, budget control, and risk/opportunity identification
- Requires 6+ years of experience and strong accounting/financial skills
- FMCG or eCommerce channel management experience preferred
