What we are looking for
6- 10+ years of sell-side M&A advisory experience
- Minimum 5+ years of industry-specific M&A in Software & Services
- Proven track record of originating and executing M&A transactions
- Ability to build and manage client relationships
- Lead deal teams and oversee transaction execution
- FINRA Series 7, 63 or 79 license, Series 24 required
