Pariveda is seeking an Advisory Manager for their management consulting group in Dallas. This role focuses on delivering strategy and technology services to clients, guiding them through organizational change, process optimization, and transformation initiatives. You will lead workstreams, manage teams, and develop client-ready deliverables.

• Lead day-to-day operations on client engagements
• Manage and mentor small teams
• Own workstreams in strategy, operating model, org design, or change management
• Design and facilitate client workshops
• Develop change strategies and communication plans
• Coach and develop junior consultants
