Simply Business is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving financial strategy by translating complex data into actionable insights and partnering with business leaders to achieve our goals. You will also play a key part in enhancing our financial systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
What we are looking for
6- Oversee the end-to-end FP&A function, including month-end close and budget/forecast preparation
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Drive operational improvements in FP&A systems and data processes
- Manage and mentor a senior analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 7+ years of FP&A experience
- Experience with EPM systems like OneStream and BI platforms
