Strategy & Operations Intern

Impact Advisors is seeking a motivated intern to join their healthcare management consulting team. You will assist project teams in identifying opportunities to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes, conduct research, and prepare client-facing materials. • Assist project teams in identifying opportunities to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes
• Support research efforts including data collection, benchmarking, and industry analysis
• Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and process documentation
• Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings
• Assist with project coordination tasks
• Contribute to internal initiatives including knowledge sharing and methodology development
