• Support M&A and capital raise client engagements
• Perform financial deal analysis and due diligence
• Prepare valuation and financial modeling analysis
• Prepare client marketing pitches and management presentations
• Build and maintain client and industry professional contacts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical skills required
