Horace Mann is seeking a Manager, Financial Business Consulting to serve as a strategic financial advisor to executive leadership. This role involves leading financial planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting while developing a team of financial analysts. The position is hybrid in Plano, TX.

• Partner with executive and senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Define, monitor, analyze, and report key business and financial metrics
• Lead the development and presentation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Review materials
• Conduct complex financial analyses, modeling, and cost-benefit analyses
• Prepare financial presentation materials for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and rating agencies
• Lead, mentor, and develop financial analysts
