Junior Finance Transformation Consultant (full-time / internship)

Join our Financial Transformation team as a Junior Consultant, where you'll work on exciting projects helping clients with financial consolidation, reporting, and digital transformation. You will analyze business needs, implement cutting-edge solutions like AI agents and EPM/CPM tools, and contribute to data analysis and process automation. This role offers rapid development and exposure to diverse financial challenges.

• Participate in financial transformation projects for clients in the Czech Republic and abroad
• Analyze and map client business requirements
• Assist with the implementation of AI agents, EPM/CPM, and DMS solutions
• Design and test new solutions for finance, reporting, and planning
• Support clients with consolidation and financial statement preparation
• Work with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and CPM platforms
