• Manage Project Management & Consulting function for executive leadership and Board of Directors
• Assess strategic opportunities and prioritize projects for improvement
• Lead team in driving organizational change and implementing solutions
• Hire, supervise, coach, and develop project management team
• Develop project plans, timelines, metrics, and deliverables
• Foster collaboration between team and internal clients
