Investment & Corporate Banking - Industrials & Diversified Industries, Analyst

As an Investment & Corporate Banking Analyst, you will be instrumental in the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financial transactions, including M&A and capital markets. You will conduct in-depth research, develop financial models, and prepare client materials to support strategic advisory services for our Industrials clients.

• Conduct quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis
• Draft pitch books and prepare detailed industry materials
• Model corporate finance alternatives and conduct due diligence for client transactions
• Evaluate risk/return parameters of financing transactions
• Synthesize information and develop innovative product solutions
• Assist in financing structuring, underwriting, and transaction execution
