What we are looking for
6- Support senior bankers on IPOs, M&A, and private placements
- Build financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations and transaction materials
- Conduct due diligence and industry research in the biopharma sector
- Interact directly with clients and investors
- 3+ years of investment banking experience in biopharma
