Associate Director- Portfolio Management- Asset Backed Finance

Manage and analyze a portfolio of asset-backed finance transactions, supporting underwriting for new deals and ensuring the health of existing ones. This role involves financial analysis, risk assessment, covenant monitoring, and preparing documentation for credit decisions.

• Analyze financial statements and projection models
• Assess credit worthiness and identify risks
• Monitor portfolio compliance and conduct risk reviews
• Assist in the analysis and preparation of new deals
• Manage periodic fundings and prepare tear sheets
• Participate in due diligence meetings
