Sales Management Consulting Manager

Accenture Song is seeking a Sales Management Consulting Manager to lead client transformation initiatives. You will advise senior stakeholders on sales, customer, and commercial challenges, designing and implementing business, operating model, and digital transformations. This role involves leading workstreams, managing delivery teams, and driving measurable business outcomes.

• Lead diagnosis of complex sales, customer, and commercial challenges
• Advise clients on sales transformation strategies and operating models
• Structure ambiguous business problems and develop actionable recommendations
• Lead multiple workstreams and coordinate across consulting, technology, and client teams
• Provide direction, coaching, and oversight to consultants and analysts
• Identify opportunities to expand client value and support account growth
