Customer Service Representative

U-Haul is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be the face of U-Haul, assisting customers with products and services, managing equipment rentals, and performing equipment inspections and maintenance. This position offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
• Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone technology
• Inspect and maintain U-Haul equipment
• Educate customers on products and services
• Install hitches and trailer wiring
• Fill propane and operate a forklift (certification provided)
