You will lead workstreams from strategy to implementation, redesigning operating models and workflows to drive measurable business outcomes.

• Lead business and technology workstreams in insurance brokerage transformations
• Define modernization roadmaps and redesign end-to-end workflows
• Design AI-enabled workflows and connect operations, data, and platforms
• Manage stakeholders, scope, risks, and adoption for successful delivery
