Financial Resources Consultant - Employee Benefits National Accounts Underwriting

This role analyzes and prices group insurance products, partnering with internal teams to develop competitive strategies and financial recommendations for clients. You will serve as the primary financial expert, managing all financial aspects of client programs, including renewals, negotiations, and experience analysis.

• Analyze group insurance products (Life, Absence/Disability, Supplemental Health, Vision, Dental)
• Serve as primary financial expert for account teams
• Manage financial aspects of client programs (RFP, renewals, ad-hoc analysis)
• Develop financial analysis and recommendations using evidence-based approach
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor pricing for competitive costs
• Perform complex claim picks, reserve development, and expense factor calculations
