Associate, Services - Investment Banking

Stout is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Investment Banking team, focusing on the Services sector. This role supports middle-market transactions including M&A and capital raising, partnering with senior bankers on client coverage, business development, and deal execution. You will gain meaningful transaction experience and contribute to a high-performing team.

• Support execution of middle-market transactions (M&A, capital raising, ESOPs)
• Partner with senior bankers on client coverage and business development
• Manage key aspects of the deal process and financial modeling
• Mentor and manage junior team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Focus on defense and government services markets
