What we are looking for
6- Support executive compensation program design, analysis, and administration
- Prepare Compensation and Talent Committee materials
- Contribute to annual proxy statement disclosures
- Administer short-term and long-term incentive plans
- Drive AI, digital enablement, and automation within the team
- Leverage Power BI and other digital tools for reporting and analysis
