• Manage cash and asset management of trust accounts
• Monitor and invest balances, value assets and collateral
• Ensure compliance with governing trust documents
• Prepare trust accounting system entries and reconcile accounts
• Interact with specialized units and provide quality measurements
• Direct customer interaction via phone and email
