About this role

QTS is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern to join their Capital Development Strategy team. This role involves data-driven research and report building related to capital spend for current and future projects. You will collaborate with various internal teams, support capital project approvals, and help develop new processes for capital project management.

What we are looking for

Collaborate with Development, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams
Support new development capital project requests and approvals
Maintain and create cost projections for construction and site builds
Work on equipment procurement and delivery processes
Develop new processes and documentation for capital project management
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
