Join Accenture Strategy's M&A and Private Equity consulting team to advise leading investors and corporations on complex transactions. You will manage workstreams across the entire deal lifecycle, from initial screening and diligence to integration and value realization, developing structured plans and client-ready recommendations.

• Drive M&A and PE engagements across diligence, execution, integration, and value creation
• Translate ambiguous deal challenges into structured workplans and actionable insights
• Manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams for high-quality outputs
• Support client-facing discussions and present findings to senior stakeholders
• Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives
• 3+ years of post-MBA experience in M&A consulting, strategy, or PE
