Strategy Director, UX

Monks is seeking a Senior Strategy Director, UX to lead experience strategy for a major technology brand. This role focuses on connecting brand campaigns, customer journeys, information architecture, and content strategy into seamless digital experiences that support business goals and user needs. You will partner with various teams to develop compelling and executable experience strategies.

• Lead strategic vision and author narratives for digital experiences
• Develop persuasive strategy decks and executive presentations
• Orchestrate customer journeys across digital ecosystems
• Define Information Architecture, customer journeys, and content strategy through a marketing lens
• Simplify complexity in large digital ecosystems
• Partner with Creative, UX Design, Production, and Client teams
