Join BTIG's Investment Banking team as a Vice President in the Consumer & Retail group. You will play a key role in executing M&A, debt and equity offerings, and advisory services, working closely with senior bankers and clients. What we are looking for
6- Coordinate M&A, capital raise, and advisory transactions
- Prepare offering memoranda, valuations, and financial models
- Conduct industry research and due diligence
- Support new business generation and client relationship development
- Supervise and mentor junior bankers
- At least 4 years of investment banking experience required
