Finance Analyst

Join Anglicare as a Finance Analyst to support the financial sustainability of impactful programs. You will provide financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive informed decision-making and ensure responsible stewardship of resources. This permanent full-time role is based at our Macquarie Park office with a hybrid work environment.

• Prepare month-end reporting, financial analysis, and variance commentary
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and funding reporting across multiple programs
• Manage funding acquittals, audits, and compliance requirements
• Partner with Program Managers and senior stakeholders to provide financial advice
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and reporting
