Investment Bank - IB & CM - Associate

Join an Investment Banking & Capital Markets team to support M&A advisory and debt capital markets activities. You will conduct due diligence, manage deal documentation, and participate in client presentations and marketing efforts.

• Support origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in M&A
• Conduct due diligence of clients and markets
• Manage deal documentation and internal approvals
• Prepare client presentations and pitches
• Handle day to day client queries on execution related matters
• Attend client meetings independently
