Managing Consultant - Business Operations and Strategy

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Business Operations and Strategy team. In this role, you will conduct research and analysis to support organizational transformation initiatives, facilitate stakeholder engagements, and develop client-ready deliverables. You will analyze operational data, assist with change management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

• Conduct research and analysis of organizational structures and business processes
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions
• Develop presentations, reports, and briefing documents for clients
• Analyze workforce and operational data to inform recommendations
• Assist with change management and stakeholder engagement activities
• Active Secret Federal or DoD security clearance required

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
