About this role

JLL is seeking an Analyst for Asset Management Services to support client mandates within the Strategic Value Advisory team. This role focuses on financial analysis, portfolio support, and deliverable production, providing hands-on exposure to asset management workflows and investment decision-making.

What we are looking for

Support active management of real estate portfolios
Track asset-level performance data and business plan objectives
Build and maintain property-level cash flow models in Argus and Excel
Assist with property valuation processes and financial modeling
Source and evaluate market information for underwriting
Generate client-facing outputs and presentation materials
