Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst at Regions, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial and management reporting, planning, and analysis. You will develop and maintain financial models, perform detailed financial analysis, and present findings to influence management decisions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key business insights and drive efficiencies through data-driven recommendations.

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Perform detailed monthly financial analysis and monitor business results
• Identify and explain drivers of budget variances
• Consolidate and report monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans
• Assist with reporting systems enhancement and ad-hoc reporting
• Present financial analysis to support management decision-making
